The attentive staff, exemplified by the knowledgeable lady at the counter and the helpful gentleman on the helpdesk, ensured a seamless experience, offering insider tips on exploring Lake Como and recommending authentic Italian dining experiences. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, boasting modern amenities such as air conditioning and a cozy sitting area, while the impeccably clean bathroom, complete with luxurious bathrobes and slippers, added a touch of elegance. The sumptuous breakfast spread, featuring a bean-to-cup coffee machine and freshly squeezed orange juice, was a delightful start to each day. In essence, Capitol Milano not only met but exceeded my lofty standards, making it a standout choice for those seeking a perfect blend of Italian hospitality and modern comfort.
